For the movie Now You See Me the digital matte team was tasked with creating a full sized Queensboro Bridge model and using it to create rendered elements for plates and serve full CG shots for a thrilling chase sequence. Live action shot on a stand in bridge, these plates were then heavily augmented with the digital Queensboro Bridge model and a New York skyline matte painting beyond.

In addition to supervising the matte painting work I also worked on two full CG shots which involved lighting and integrating the digital bridge asset and adding hero road surfaces, center divider sections and props for extreme close ups as the camera travels at high speed, a few inches above the ground.
